When someone completed the form with 20 uploaded pictures, is that counted as 1 submission or 20?

    Question 1. when someone sends a sub with 20 pictures is that counted as 1 submission or 20?

     

    Question 2. can you move all data and pics to my HD or Dropbox?

     

    Question 3. Can I only access submissions via jotform?

    Question 1. When someone sends a sub with 20 pictures is that counted as 1 submission or 20?

    Yes, it is only counted as 1 submission. Please take note that there is a limit of 1GB per submission. Please check this user guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/33-Changing-the-File-Upload-Size-Limit.
