I need help with a client issue now

    You guys keep causing our form recipients to be added to Jotform’s block list. You need to white list these users and the domains: http://www.greystonetech.com/ and http://cherrycreekclub.com/

     

    Both of these domains are on separate hosts, however they share the same spam filtering service, and may appear to have the same IP address but do not.

     

     

    The service experience with Jotform has been extremely burdensome and painful for our customers. If you guys do not get this resolved soon, we are going to move all of our clients to a different form solution. And I would really appreciate a phone call.

    Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do on our end to prevent your services from rejecting emails.  Since the emails are being rejected on your end, any whitelisting would need to be done through your email provider. 

    If you would like, you can send the notifications from your own address via SMTP:

    This would take our services out of the equation.
