How to add a Hyperlink to my form?

the question i have right now is "Show us your Color Palette - you can easily create one here goo.gl/GygibW" but i would love the link to be liable?

I examined your form and found that the links aren't properly setup, for example you are linking to https://www.jotform.com/v4/goo.gl/xGsKok instead of linking to https://goo.gl/xGsKok

Fixing the links accordingly will allow you to have links that work as intended. I created an animation to show you how to achieve that:

Okay it worked!!!! But how do i set it up so it takes them to a separate screen, right now they loose the jot form screen, id like it to come up as a second screen/tab

i have another question. I would like to upload the questionnaire to 3rd party platform, like my FB page, but nothing happens when i click the button
