My form is not working

    HI there
    My form is NOT working now what i entered on my template form is not the same as the published version. some clients have not been able to upload their answers https://form.jotform.com/70007040578247

    Dear Larissa,

    I have checked your form and cloned it in order to test it on my side.

    I have seen that you do not have any SUBMIT button on your form. Please add a submit button as you can see the following screenshot in order to let your users save the form.

    After adding a submit button, your form will work perfectly.
