What happens if I stay on the Free plan?

if I stay free on the current setup what's going to happen to my forms??

As of now your account has 5 submissions and 65 form views. Since the account hasn't exceeded the limit for a free account, your forms will remain active and you should be able to receive submissions. If you only expect to receive less than 100 submissions per month, then you can stay on the free plan. If you expect to receive more than 100 each month, then you can upgrade your account.

However, you currently have 6 forms on your account. Please note that free accounts can only have up to 5 forms. You will still be able to use all 6 of your forms and edit them as you like. But if you want to create a new form, clone, or restore deleted forms, you can choose to upgrade to a higher plan.
