    Multiple users claim that submit button is not working.

    I have several users complain the form is not responding, I get messages similar to this:

    "I filled out the web form to submit a letter of recommendation for T... for your summer REU program, but after pressing the 'Submit' button, it turned into a 'Please wait...' button and has been staring at me now for many minutes.

    I am guessing that the website is having problems, so please accept the attached PDF of my letter for Mr. ... as a back-up, should the website fail to deliver the same file to you."

    At the same time, others are able to succussfully use the form.  Has there been performance issues?  Do you have a log of submission attempts which fail?

    Hello myroncampbell,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    I did test your embedded form and I am unable to replicate the issue you are having. I was able to submit your form successfully. Please check the screenshot below:


    I would suggest you to please embed your form using its iFrame embed code and see if that solves your problem. The following guide should help you how to grab your form's iFrame embed code:  https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code
