    www.midweekbassaz.com

Website created in Weebly by me, basic skills.  Use the site for our fishing club.  Have over 100 members, trying to use forms more so guys can register online.

We currently use the forms inside weebly, but I am experimenting with Jot form to see if we can improve our ability to handle the date received from our forms. We currently have a form called membership application, and it works with a few minor issues.  I am trying to recreate the form with you guys,  I think I have most of the form done, but I am looking for direction in a couple of areas.

On our paper forms, there is a signature line on the bottom where the member signs and agrees to be governed by the rules of the club.  What are my options for doing something similar on a website.

Next issue.  Our membership is $40.  A membership submitted online is only valid when payment is received.  Many times we receive membership applications with no payment.  Most of the time its because they are having a problem with paypal.  Is there a way to avoid submitting form until payment is validated?

We offer Signature Widgets that may fit your requirements. Just head over to our Widget Gallery and use "signature" as your search keyword then pick one: https://widgets.jotform.com/search/signature

For your convenience, I'll list them all down below:

    1. Smooth Signature

    2. E-Signature

    3. SigPlus

    4. DocuSign

    5. Initials

    6. Adobe DC eSign Services

And in case you have a followup question whether the signatures are legally binding or not, check out this detailed article that covers that: Announcing-E-Signatures-for-Forms
