I am wanting to have the entire form plus the customer information emailed over to me once they submit it. Is there a setting to change to do that? I just like to have the ENTIRE contract after it is signed.

This is possible to receive submission PDFs with included form text.
1) Enable a PDF Attachment option via email settings.
2) Enable a Show Headers and Texts option from submissions page to include that data to received PDFs.
On the other note, you will need to fix your phone fields. The current input mask value is not correct, if you would like to receive numbers from your users you will need to replace digits with # symbols.
Also I would like to suggest disabling the input mask for your text box field.
