Why do I have an email regarding reaching my API limit when I am not using the API's.

This is odd, you are right, there is not an API key on your account:

Hey taffpayne,
The issue is fixed now. We had a temporary issue on the EU servers that caused a malfunction on API call limits.
On another note, even if you don't define a unique API key, authorized apps (in your case Zapier), integrations and widgets, will use API calls off your daily limit in order to operate. For further information please take a look at our Daily API Call Limits user guide.
