    One of my forms just vanished , I just can't find it anywhere, I was editing it and i AM PRETTY SURE i DID NOT DELETE IT , Can you help please ?

    Thanks for reporting this to us. I can confirm what you're reporting. This form https://form.jotform.com/60633695611962 appears to be blank, it's shown on your MY FORMS page but when I open/edit it, it's just blank.

    We had a temporary issue with the the Form Revision History. If the form went blank (or disappeared) right after you reverted to a previous version of your form, please check it now and it should be working.

    Yes it's back now and working as it should be. but i am already busy making another simillar form.
