How to allow users to save current progress on form?

Is there a way for paying customers to reach you either by phone or chat?  Or is this the only method.

Question:  is there a way to save data so that when someone click on "back" all of the previously entered data is there and the back takes you to the immediate prior page.  Right now, it appears to return you to the home page with no data saved.

Similarly, can a user save and return to the form at a later time?

    Hi,

Currently you contact us here in the forum or via email at support@jotform.com. We do have a chat support but it's only available when the forum is not that busy.

With regards to your question, the only way to truly save your users submission is when they hit the submit button, that will save the data in our servers which would reflect on your account's submissions page.

If you want your users to continue their progress on their forms on a later date, then we have two possible solutions that you can try:

Solution #1: You can use the session URL, here's a guide that will walk you through: https://www.jotform.com/help/97-How-to-Save-Forms-and-Continue-Later. The good thing with this solution is that your users can continue their session regardless of what computer or browser they use, as long as they are using their unique session link.

Solution #2: You can enable the auto fill feature on your form settings, here's a guide that will walk you through: https://www.jotform.com/help/227-How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-on-Forms

I personally prefer solution #1 as it gives your users more convenience and it allows them to use any browser or computer.

    I hope that helps.
