We have a form where users submit check requests. Recently, 5 of the requests were submitted through JotForm, but not uploaded to our Dropbox. How do I determine why the submissions were not uploaded?Page URL:

I'm afraid we cannot check why your past submissions might have failed reaching your Dropbox folder, but if you let us know which of the submissions have failed, we'll gladly take a look whether there is anything specific to those submissions that might have caused the failiure, or if it was some kind of downtime or network issue between us and Dropbox..
Should your current submissions still have issues with being forwarded to Dropbox, you may want to refresh the connection between JotForm and Dropbox by removing the old integration, and then setting up a new one in its place:
Reintegration is not necessary if your submissions are currently reaching Dropbox. Thank you.
