The heading in the email of my cloned form is incorrect

    Hi,

    I duplicated a form "Web Version covrof (Colorado Vital Record Order Form)" and changed the name to ncvrof (North Carolina Vital Record Order Form).

    Made a few changes to the ncvrof form and embed the form into a web page ncvrof.com

    When I tested the form, it sent me an email titled Colorado Vital Record Order Form.  How can I correct it to read North Carolina Vital Record Order form?

    While editing your form, click on the "Emails" button.  From there, mouse over your email notification then click on "Edit":

    Update the title in the body of your email notification then click on "Save".

    I also noticed the title of your form displayed on the web page tab has not been updated to the new title.  Here is how to update that:
