I have a Contact form named "Contact Evolutionary".
This form is located at www.EvolutionaryConsulting.com
I created a test submission. I did receive the email notification, however, it now keeps sending in a loop, multiple notifications and multiple times that same first test submission. At time of writing this email, I had received 3 submission of the same first test form entry submission, automatically. This way the system is "consuming" the Form Submission allowance total 100.
I am using the new version 4.0 of the forms.
Can you please help me stop this?

I cloned your form and sent test submissions, but I can't seem to replicate the issue. Each of my submissions are only sent once. It might be possible that each time the website is opened on your browser, the Thank You page on the embedded form is being reloaded, and thus the form gets submitted again. Can you please clear your browser cache to clear any cached data on the browser?
