Unknown Thank You page.

    Once submitted its saying:  

    DJ Eugene would like to thank you for completing

    The Ultimate Wedding Reception Planner 2012. 

    We will be in touch with you soon :)

     

    This page has now expired. Please close.

     

    That is not my: thank you for submission text, I have no clue who wrote that, please look into this ASAP please.  Thank you.

    That message comes from a custom Thank You page that was created through a condition: https://www.jotform.com/help/372-How-to-Change-Thank-You-Message-Using-Conditional-Logic 

    It seems that condition come was setup in the original form where your form was cloned from:

    Simply go into the edit mode of your clone form, and edit the message that is located in the condition:

    im aware where it comes from however when you sign in and look at it, that's not my message and no matter what you put in this box and save it always says the message above.

    You do not get that message because the condition will show the second message if the full name is filled. 

    So, if you leave the "Full Name" field empty, you will see the default message you are referring to:

    So you might want to delete the condition if you do not want to see the second message:
