We have not been able to receive submissions made via a Jotform for the past week. I've checked my spam and even entered another email address and I'm still unable to get the emails to come through.
Can you assist?

You recipient email was in bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
It has now been white-listed, so you should start receiving notifications. Let us know if you need more help.
