Autoresponded recipient not receiving email

    Hi - 

    For my form located here my recipient of the autoresponder notification (for the email titled "For Katie to know an entry has been made") is not receiving all emails. She received one yesterday but none others. Can you please check to see if I've done something wrong?

    You might be referring to the email notification. I just checked it, and the recipient is in bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List 

    I have removed it from the bounce list, so you should start receiving email notifications. Please check your spam folder, if you find any JotForm email, please mark it as NOT SPAM.

    Thank you! However, when I input some dummy data to test, I repeatedly got this error message, even when something was clearly uploaded. Did you change something in that field?

    What is the error message you are getting? I just filled your form and submit it in order to test, and it went through without an issue:

    That’s so weird! I tried to do the same but got the error I sent you in the last email. Let me try it again…
