ho modificato il form con dei campi nuovi e nel corpo della mail è rimasto come quello vecchio, il pdf invece è giusto con i campi nuovi.

To my understanding, you modified the form by adding new fields but the email notification has remained the old one?
I checked your email notification settings and I noticed there are some errors on it. Please see the image below:
Can you please try to re-add the email notifications set on your form and see if it works?
