I am creating the drop down menu's now .. but would like to have everything they select from drop down menu "calculate" so they can pick and choose what options they want .

You can indeed add calculation values to the options in your drop down and radio buttons, these options then can be used to do calculations in your form.
This guide will help you to add calculation values to your fields: How-to-Assign-Calculation-Value
And this one will help you to perform calculation in your form: How-to-Perform-Form-Calculation-Using-a-Widget

I would like to have a little more “ala carte” feel and let them select what they need on each network by using the drop down menu on Jot Form …
