I have checked email history log on your account and I was that some notifications failed to be sent. I also noticed that failed submissions were sent from your email address using SMTP. Most likely you did not set correctly your SMTP credentials. Please make sure that you have set your SMTP credentials correctly.
As alternative you can set sander email to noreply@jotform.com.
