I am on a mac.
I tried to go to you upgrade page from the pricing page.
Tried chrome, firefox and opera. I keep all my software up to date.
None of them would go to the payment page.
I am logged in as rlafleur

For the meantime, please go to https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing and do the upgrade there.

This is fixed. Upgrade buttons in the pricing page should work now. Please try it again.
