So you're site is warning me that I'm approaching limits on views and storage - that I should upgrade. When I review the plans on your pricing page, and then click [Upgrade] at the bottom of the Bronze column (and the one to the right of that, for that matter), nothing happens. I cannot upgrade. Can you tell me what is going on over there? Thanks.

Thanks for reporting. We are aware of this problem and has now been reported to our developers. It should be fixed anytime soon.
Please upgrade through your billing page, for now https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing.

This is now fixed. Upgrade buttons on the pricing page should work now. Please try it again.
