hello, one of my clients gets blank email confirmation and I also get a blank email notification from her from Jotform.... this only happens for her.

I have checked our logs for the form and I don't see any empty emails there. Please check your email history and share with us the URL of the email that is empty.

Or, ask your client to forward us the blank email to support@jotform.com. Please update us here after so we can check the email right away.
