Why form is asking to login first?

The link works, but why does Jotform want me to login first? This is not going to work for my form registrants. FYI, I have a HIPAA security on my account.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Please give us a bit more information on your issue. Like when you share your form to your user, are they getting asked to log in first and then fill out the form? Or they are getting asked to log in when they try to edit the submission ? 

If your users are getting asked to log in when they try to edit the form, please note that in HIPAA-compliant accounts, only the form owner can edit the submission. Unfortunately, it is not possible for users (form submitter) to edit their own submission data after the form is submitted.

If this is not the case, please explain your issue in more details. It would also be great if you could record a short video of your issue and send it to us. It would help us to understand what exactly is happening on your end. You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use loom to record the video and share the video link with us.
