Can I replace my URL with the jot form URL when a form is sent out?

I would like to forms in my platform to come from my URL.

You can use your own domain here in JotForm. Here's a helpful guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/144-How-to-use-Custom-Domains-with-Jotform.

Please take note that HTTPS (SSL) is not supported on this method.
