Time is very critical as we have opened up registration.
Unfortunately there is not direct way to get sorted data to excel sheet, However , you add your own formula to filter the submission data from an excel spreadsheet. The following guides should help you: http://www.jotform.com/help/44-How-to-Export-Form-Data-to-Excel
Workaround is that you add the checkboxes in the sorted order (manually), this way the submission will also follow the same order.
