    Form on your site different to my received email form

    Hi,

    Two forms in question here,

    60705884010349 & 62115565434352

     

    As you can see one field shows "FULL VIN Number Only If Honda"

    In the emails i receive the form reads  "VIN Number Only If Honda"

     

    What is required to make the word FULL also appear.

    Second question.

    It is a MUST for customers that contact me if regarding HONDA to complete the field "FULL VIN Number Only If Honda"

    BUT if i put the * next to it on the form when i edit then it is a REQUIRED field to everybody then.

     

    How can this be corrected.

    A drop down box maybe with vehicle selection list then when HONDA is selected this field MUST be completed otherwise do not show this field ?

     

    Does that make send,if so please advise a demo form that i could look at.

    To resolve your first issue with email Notification you need to add FULL inside of your field question inside of email Notification settings. Currently label inside of email Notification is "VIN Number Only If Honda".

    Or you can create new email Notification and delete old one.

    Hi,

    Thanks very much.

    Did notice that but now changed.

     

    Without actually waiting for a customer to now send me this form request or going to the page & doing it myself,hence wasting 1 of my form limits etc,is there a way that i can actually see this in a preview of what the for will look like as if i have received it in my email ?

     

    If so please advise.

    You can use "Test Email" button inside of your email Notification. 

    This will send email Notification to email address of your account. 

    However considering that today is the last day of the month and that you have only received 6 submissions this month I would suggest you to test your live form.

    Submission counter is reset on first day each month and tomorrow your submission counter will be reset to 0.

    Ecellent piece of advice,thanks.

    Ive now sorted out my second form using your valid info,cheers.

     

    When the customer selects HONDA from my list up will pop the field saying enter FULL VIN etc etc.

    Can we add code to this.

    The VIN MUST be 17 characters,so if they only type7 the form will send to me.

    I need some kind of check so the form will only send when 17 characters are typed,so if they type only 3,10,15 or even 25 a message will pop up etc.

    Along those lines anyway.

    You have a suggestion or can edit my current form to allow/do this please.
