    Hi,

I quite happy with the forms that i currently have.

I currently have my limit of 5.

Is there a way that i can download a copy of a form and keep it on my pc as a backup etc ?

Reason being it will free up some foprms for me.

    Example in my account.

    FORM 1

    BACKUP OF FORM 1

    FORM 2

    BACKUP OF FORM 2

    FORM 3

The above is ok but as you see FORM 3 has no BACKUP as my limit is 5

If i can copy the form and keep it on my PC then i could have in my Jot form account the following

    FORM 1

    FORM 2

    FORM 3

    FORM 4

    FORM 5

And also having the following on my PC

    BACKUP 1

    BACKUP 2

    BACKUP 3

    BACKUP 4

    BACKUP 5

    Please advise thanks.

You can use our Backup feature for this. Here's how: https://www.jotform.com/help/374-How-to-export-all-of-your-data-at-once. The backup will give you the HTML version of the form including the form data. Just in case you'll lose the forms, you can easily re-create it by just looking at the HTML version. Please try that and let us know for questions.

Unfortunately, you cannot. You have to re-create the form if you want to re-use it. Meaning, a new URL will be created.
