Can I make one contract and then change details for each client without affecting past contracts?

I want to make a full wedding contract but tweak the date, location and time of coverage for each client. Do I need to make a new form for each client or is there a way to change that part of the contract without affecting past submissions?

You can edit a single form for each of your clients. However, please note that if you edit the field names or remove fields on a form, the previous submissions will also be updated in the submissions page. The fields can have different field names and deleted fields will remove the data on that field.

I would recommend that before you edit the form, backup the previous submissions first by following this guide: How to Download Form Submissions as Excel/CSV/PDF? That way you will have a copy of the previous submissions before you edit the form for your new client.

If you do not want to edit the form, you can also choose to clone it instead and edit the cloned version.
