I was sent 25 of the same email from you, and it used up a quarter of my monthly allowance. Please help.

I checked your email address which landed in the bounce list as per the email logs, however it's no longer there when I searched. So I cannot say if the removal would resolve the issue. Anyhow, for now, please observe your email history for the delivery status of your emails.
