I've cleared the cache on my browser... only have one window open...and cleared the form cache.
STILL, the changes that appear saved on the form, do not appear on the webpage.
The screen shot shows that the "Lead Source" field does not show up on the website but is saved on the form.

I checked your form and indeed, the "Lead Source" field looks to be missing from the embedded form.
Try removing your current embed code and replacing it with your forms iFrame code:

It seems your WordPress has an active cache plugin,
Please disable it or replace your embed code with the new one,
