I was trying to create a PDF form using a existing PDF with fillable forms.  When I tried it would not do it.  Can you tell me what I am doing wrong.

    Thank you

Are you saying that you are trying to import your fillable PDFs into JotForm as new online forms?

I'm afraid that this is not possible at the moment. If you want to create forms in JotForm, you will need to create them with our easy-to-use Form Builder:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/2-How-to-create-your-first-web-form

Once you are done building your form, you can then export it into a fillable PDF form by following this guide:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/212-How-to-Create-a-PDF-Form

Keep in mind that some things, such as widgets and conditions, will not work on a PDF form as they do on an online form. You can see more about the limitations of fillable PDF forms on the following guide:

Please let us know should you need any further clarifications or assistance. Thank you!
