Anmeldeformular für Gruppen

Guten Tag

Wir sind eine NGO für Menschen mit einer Behinderung. Wir führen viele Tagungen und Weiterbildungen durch und Jotform ist für das Kreieren von Onilneformularen für Kursanmeldung ein wunderbares Werkzeug.

Viele unserer Klienten leben in Wohngruppen und möchten sich als Gruppen anmelden und nicht für jede einzelne Person alle Daten wie Adresse, Telefonnummer usw. immer wieder in einem neuen Formular ausfüllen. Trotzdem sollte auf der Excel - Liste welche über die Anmeldungen durch Jotform generiert wird jede Person mit ihrem Namen und auf einer eigenen Zeile stehen. Gibt es bei Jotform eine Möglichkeit dies umzusetzen?

In this case, you can use Configurable List or Infinite List widgets. They allow users to add fields to the form in case the amount of information is not known while designing a form.
