We have been using the same email address with Jot for several years. The last two days I have had to remove it from the bounce list.

Not sure if this would fall within the same issue as the bounced email. But, on this particular form, we have conditions set up where depending on what group people select, an email is sent to different email addresses. I have had a couple of people tell me this morning they are not receiving any emails when someone has selected their group on the form.

Unfortunately, we cannot check a bounce reason message while email is not listed in the bounce list. If you notice the issue again, you can contact us in order to check the bounce reason message.
Also, our best recommendation in order to avoid bounce list is to use your own SMTP sender on form.
The sending process and bounces will be handled by your email server in this case.
