we have had our form working propoerly for serveral weeks.
We made a few changes today to some wording and such and now my customers are getting the below error message when they attempt to submit the form.Page URL:

issue seems to have resolved itself for the time being, can you advise why this may have happened so we can be prepared for next time if it happens again

I did a test submission to your website and I was not able to replicate the issue. I was able to submit the form successfully. See the image below:
