Not getting form submission emails

I have people inside my organization that say they are not getting the form submissions.  Jot Form asked me to "change" or "remove" my email from the "bounce list".  Where is this list and how can I check it to see if these people's email addresses are on their?

I already did checked your email and I see it was no longer in the bounce list.
