    - If I want to ask people to volunteer to pay the cc fee that we are being charged (2.2% of transaction plus $0.30), how can I make that an option within the same form?

I thought a way to do that.

You can create your products by using checkbox field:

Assign calculation values to them, that will be the price of the item:

Add one more checkbox that will be the additional charge:

If the checkbox field is checked then additional price will be calculated and showed in textbox field:

I added one text field where that charge will be shown:

How to have my customers pay additional 2 Screenshot 124

And finally, we will calculate the total price in Form calculation widget:

How to have my customers pay additional 2 Screenshot 135

    Here is the calculation:

That total price can be forwarded to the payment field.

Here is my test form so you can check how it works: https://form.jotform.com/70322704689964

    Let us know your thoughts.

    Thank you!

thank you but I have other payment products in my form.  Can this be added or would it have to be in a separate form?

You will have to create products as checkboxes in your form and calculation values can be forwarded to any payment integration field.

But, again, you need to create products as checkbox fields in order to make those calculations.

If you have any further questions please let us know.

    Thank you!

this doesn't make sense for my form.  I only want ONE form.  Are you able to have the 3% automatically calculate based on the total within this SAME form?  here is my form....https://form.jotform.com/70326376102145

I'm not sure if understood your question, but if you would like to allow your users to add the additional charge then you will need to change the way how your payment integration currently works, in your form you're currently selling products, you will need to change it to collect a custom amount.

You will need to replace the current products you have by check boxes:

How to have my customers pay additional 2 Screenshot 40

You need to then calculate your total:

How to have my customers pay additional 2 Screenshot 51

You will then select the calculation widget as source for the custom payment, this is in the payment wizard:

How to have my customers pay additional 2 Screenshot 62

And the additional charge could be added as explained by my colleague above, here's also a cloned form of yours where I did this change, please take a look here: https://form.jotform.com/70376217501955

    Feel free to clone it

Thank you so much.  It worked!  URL for my new form below.  Three Questions - 1)

the total field just above credit card form is getting cut off (can't see the cents).  How do I make that wider?
    2)
The way I have the form set up now, Am I able to ad pictures for journal ads vs. tickets vs. donations?
    3)
for some reason the form isn't showing up at all on my iphone?  It looks fine on my ipad and my desktop.  I have the mobile responsive widget on the form.  is that causing the issue?

I am glad to know that my colleague's solution worked for your requirement. Since your latest questions are about different aspects of the form, I have moved them to separate threads in order to avoid confusion. You can check out your threads here:
