How do I change how the “From” field appears in the email which comes up?

I set up a form for a client and he has some back with this request  -

I've tested the registration form which is fine apart from how the “From” field appears in the email which comes up with what looks like the raw html code for the first two lines of the address. Is it possible for that field to say “Online registration” and the subject field to have the name of the person registering OR if that’s not possible, “Online registration” in both fields

So sorry but I have no idea how to sort it!

    Thanks for all your help

    Hello,

I've checked your form on your side. I have seen you have a notification email belongs to the form.

I have fulfilled and submitted your form. I have checked the notification email of my test submission from your account history. I did not see any issue in the "From" field as you can see the screenshot below of the notification email:

Could you please describe the issue further related to the From field?

Related to your question: "Is it possible for that field to say “Online registration” and the subject field to have the name of the person registering"

Yes, this is possible. You can edit the email subject as the following "Online Registration - {firstName73} {surname}" as you can see the screenshot below of the notification email settings:

So, the subject of the email will appear in the inbox as i.e. "Online Registration - John Black".
