Unable to view the form

When I try to VIEW my form, it is asking me to fill in all of the required fields. I do not recall it doing this before.

The field is required field if there is a red asterisk in the label. Here's a screenshot:

You can disable this in the properties of the field. Select the field and then click the "Properties" icon. Under the General tab, turn off the "Required" option.
