Every time I have used this an error message comes up saying something went wrong and reload the page then the button is not there. I want a simple undo button.

Hello,
You can use cmd+z or ctrl+z to apply an undo action. Please note that you can also use revision history from your my forms page:
Please refresh your account login before starting your working session. The error you get might be related to your old login session. After log in, apply a hard refresh (cmd+shift+r or ctrl+F5). This will clean up your builder, and I think you will be able to use your undo action with keys and from your revision history.
If you still encounter errors after doing these, please contact us again.
Regards.
