I was charged for premium subscripiton but my account is in free plan.

    I have received charges in my Paypal account in the months of November, December and January last, however my account is FREE. I request the immediate return of the amounts charged in the tata of US $ 9.95 x 3 = US $ 29.85

    I did check your account but did not find any attempt or request to cancel your premium monthly subscription. 

    Please note that since you paid your subscription payment through PayPal, you need to cancel your subscription from your own PayPal account.     Do get back to us once your cancel your subscription and we will send a refund request to our billing team for last two subscription payments.

    Please note that PayPal system does not allow us to process refund for more than 2 months as this is a time frame enough for any customer to file complaints against any extra charges.
