Form is not available

    The form at link below is said to be not available.    It along with other is shaded.   What does this mean?

    I checked the form and I see that it is disabled. Please enable the form so you can use it properly. Here's how:

    1. Go the the My Forms page. 
    2. You can search the Form ID in the search bar to find it faster. 
    3. Select the form and click the More button then Enable it.

    When I tried to enable it, I got a note that says I can only have 5 forms and need to  delete some.   Is it sufficient to disable the forms I don't need right now or do I need to actually delete them.

    You can disable the forms, it won't count towards your limits. You can also archive them.

    Can I enable the forms in the future that have been disabled or are in the archive?

     

    I am a bit confused because at the moment I have more than 5 forms active.

    I recommend to archive them so you can see them easily under the Archive folder.

    Sorry for the inconvenience. We recently implemented the number of forms limit. Here's a related article: https://www.jotform.com/blog/242-Upcoming-Changes-to-JotForm-Starter-Guest-Plan-Users-September-19-2016.

    For Free account, you can now only hold 5 forms. You can keep the current forms (19) that you have since you are already a member prior to the limits. These forms will still work normally.

    However, you need to upgrade to a higher plan if you want to create more forms, clone, enable the disabled forms or restore deleted forms. Here's a guide: How-to-Upgrade-My-Account
