I want the form to be sent to another person for signature. Is it possible?

I used a template to create a customized employee evaluation form (https://form.jotform.com/70255099364158).

I would like for the reviewer (the person completing the form) to be able to save their work and then send the form to the employee being reviewed for their signature only. Is this possible?
