    Continuing to get 502 Bad Gateway for my form

    Guys,

    I'm continuing to run into the 502 Bad Gateway issue, and I asked support about this before. They told me they submitted a test form and couldn't replicate the issue, but it keeps happening to my clients. I'm not sure what the issue is, but they emails that are currenty set up to send when the form is submitted aren't sending properly. Really need your help solving this, or at least helping me troubleshoot.

    I have also tried submitting the form and was not able to replicate the issue at my end as well. Could you let us know if the form is embedded on any of your web pages and experiencing the issue? Were you able to replicate the same error at your end? If so, could you provide us with the screenshot of the error that would help us in investigating the issue further?

    I have checked your JotForm and see that there are several conditions set for the notification email on the form. Please be noted that the notification with conditions will be sent only if the set rules are true. If the conditions are failed, the notification will not be sent. For my test submission, I selected the options that doesn't match any of the rules in the conditions set so that the notification will not be sent. If you want to send a notification irrespective of conditions, it is required to add a separate notification to the form.
