When the window of website is open, every second in JotForm on my website appears a new column "Powered by JotForm" below of the form. Please chek it, and let me know how its can be repaired?

I checked your site (http://holst.kz/) but I was not able to replicate the issue you are reporting. The form was displayed properly on the site.

 

Can you try again and see if you are still encountering the issue? If the issue still persists, please try to re-embed your form to your site using the iFrame embed code and see if this will fix the issue. To get the iFrame embed code of the form, just follow the instructions provided in this article: Getting the form iFrame Code.
