Why does the tab at the top of the page still refer to the name of the form I cloned

I cloned a conference registration form I created called 2015 conference in order to use the new form for 2017 conference registration. However, when you view the form I created for 2017 as a user wanting to complete it, the tab at the top of the page still refers to the name of the old form.

How do I rectify this?
