Collecting two members at once on form

    I am getting ready to have a membership drive, and I have a few questions. First - we offer household and individual memberships. I would like to collect the second members information (mostly just name and email) and ideally would like for it to pass both emails and names to our constant contact list, with some sort of notation that they are linked? 

    Secondly, I would like to be able to have the form prorate memberships automatically once a quarter. So if someone joined today, it would be 60, but in 3 months, 15, in 6, 30 etc. 

     

    Any ideas for me?

    We will resolve the first question on this thread.

    You can just add another Full Name and Email field on your form (to have the 2nd member data). And then you can integrate your form to Constant Contact.

    In the Constant Contact configuration screen, you can use the 2 member data in the field mapping process so that both data will be in Constant Contact.

    But when I go to do that, and I pull up the integration - it gives me the
    choice of Name ad email, which takes care of the first member. When I click
    "add field" the options inside the integration only give me the choice to
    add address, job, company, or phone...I need to be able to add an entirely
    separate member with different name and email...

    Hello microfestivus,

    Have you added the fields in your constant contact list? Please note that the filed you see under "Match your fields" in integration wizard is actually form your constant contact list. If you have not added the field in the list of your constant contact, it won't be listed.

    If you have added additional "Full name & email" field in your constant contact list but still not appearing in integration wizard, I would suggest you to please remove the integration and re-integrate it with you constant contact account.

    Still doesn't work - I added more fields on constant contacts end ( and I
    have a ton of custom fields there), and yet all that shows up is the

    As far as I know, it is only possible to add one person to the contact list per submission.  It is not currently possible to add a second set of fields for a second sign up in a single submission.
