Mi formulario no envía los datos a mi correo.

Cree un formulario,  lo puse en mi pagina web de varias formas y cuando alguien lo rellena,  y da clic en enviar. el botón se queda en enviando. pero nunca envía los datos, ni sale el botón de gracias. No pasa nada.
