When I receive a submission I can only see the fields that the client fills out. I need to be able to see the terms that I list for the contract. How can I do this?

We do not include text to the email notifications (unless you add it manually). As an alternative, this is possible to receive text data in submission PDFs attached to the email notifications.
1) Enable a PDF Attachment option to receive submission PDFs with emails.
2) Enable a show headers and texts option to include the text data into submission PDFs.
