    Cannot link form to PayPal. Get error message PayPal Script couldn't load as expected, please reload your page.

    Hi PTP Sports,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry that this is happening. Just to confirm, are you referring to this form? If so, I checked and tested the form and I ran into the same problem. I then cleared your form caches to see if this would correct any unnecessary errors in the form. Can you please try disconnecting the payment integration and connecting it again to see if that would resolve the issue? Let me show you how to do it.

    1. In Form Builder, click the Product field and then click the Wand icon.
    2. On the Payment Setting menu on the right, click the Gear icon at the top.
    3. On the PayPal Integration menu, click the Dropdown icon next to the Connected button and then select Disconnect.
    4. After that, reconnect your PayPal Business account using the Connect button.
